Terms of Service

By requesting a commission from me, you agree to the terms and conditions listed on this tab. They are intended to make everything clear and avoid any confusion during the process.

General

--> Don’t claim the artwork as your own.--> I do not authorize the use of my work for training, editing, or feeding artificial intelligence (AI) under any circumstances.--> I'll send you updates on the project, and while it's still in the draft stage, you can request any changes you'd like.--> Please provide references (pose, clothing, accessories, setting, etc.) to ensure better communication and a better final product.--> If you want specific canvas size for the artwork, mention that in your request.--> As an artist, I can turn down a job if I feel uncomfortable continuing with it.--> Changes after more advanced stages are limited, and only minor changes are accepted.--> If there is a breach of the agreed-upon terms, the commission may be canceled. This includes prohibited use of the artwork, for example, nonpayment, disrespect, fraud, or any behavior that prevents the project from being completed.--> As an artist, I can post about any stage of the process on my social media, but I won’t share the final product without the proper watermark.

Payment

--> 50% of the amount must be paid after the draft is approved--> Commissions are for personal use, commercial use will result in a 40% increase in the final amount.--> If I have to cancel the order due to a personal issue and part of the payment has already been made, 100% of the money will be refunded.--> If the customer cancels the order and I didn't started the ilustration, 100% of the money will be refunded.--> If the customer cancels the artwork has already been started, the amount already paid will not be refunded, as it covers the time spent on the project (the file will be sent as it is at the time of cancellation).--> Emergency orders may incur an additional charge, depending on the situation.

Deliver

--> The final work will be sent in advance in lower quality and with a watermark until the remaining payment is made.--> The deadline can range from 7 to 20 days. (If you have a tight deadline, there may be an additional charge)--> Your illustration will be delivered via Google Drive, through a link sent by email, or through another contact method.
